BES is a 3D boundary
element code that can be used with FRANC3D.
The BES
Version 5 README contains some information on running BES and you should
read it if you download the software. Additional documentation will be
added as time permits.

The versions below are old but should still work. We will not be
releasing new executables for these operating systems.
